My love for Vintage and Retro style clothing and Accessories was initially born from the love for elegant and classic fashion styles.
My passion of these classic styles has been the forefront of my life for the past 3 decades. I particularly love projects, and last year I made a 1930’s satin dropped waist dress for my Engagement party, and a 1950’s fully lined organza dress for my Hens party. I have since made an Edwardian 2 piece dress for a recent Titanic Artefacts Exhibition costumed viewing, and a fascinator to go with it.
As a dressmaker, ultimately I have developed a passion for the elegant “golden years” but love to customize it to suit my personal makeup and style. Always on the hunt for something different, encompassing my love of all things vintage. This love is often shared with my family or friends when I successfully helped “put together” outfits to suit a specific theme, or just team up something together for a night out – with a classic look in mind.
I would love to show you a way to create a style that is specifically you, something that is unique stylish and has that WOW factor, and includes gents, which I have also successfully helped on a personal level, making them stand out in the crowd – you might say? To feel fabulous – because you have created a style that is just right for you.
The purpose of this website and my goal is to be able to help you create a look that will delight you, and specifically relates to your needs – a look that makes you feel confident enough to share with your friends. And, indeed we have a canvas of designs, styles and choices to choose from – excitement just added a new meaning..!
